Manipulating Elections: American & Russian Meddling in Foreign Democracies

The discussion will feature Guest speaker Dr. Dov Levin. A post-doctoral fellow in the Institute for Politics and Strategy at Carnegie Mellon University, Levin’s Ph.D. dissertation concerns the causes and effects of partisan electoral interventions by the Great Powers, attempting to find why such interventions occur and determine their effects.
